Tim is the owner and operator. He has spent the last 10 years as a professional hunter and guiding all over North America and trying to get it all on film. He is dedicated to keeping the hunting tradition alive, one hunt camp at a time.
CHAD MCLAUGHLIN -@SONORANSOLIDARITY
The best way to describe Chad is HARDCORE...Chad has an unrivaled passion for hunting the Coues Deer. He spends 300+ days a year guiding and scouting in Arizona. Along with guiding, Chad is a skilled taxidermist, an amazing photographer, avid bird-watcher, fitness junkie, and Carnivore.

Gary's professional guiding career has taken him all over the world, he guides in North America as well as Internationally. In the off-season he is a professional drift boat-fly fishing guide all over the West. Gary is the most courteous and professional hunting guide you will ever meet and a 5-Star camp Chef.
BEN KELLEY
Benny is a rare combination of both Hunting Guide and Naturalist...being a Wildlife Biologist he shares an in depth knowledge of all flora and fauna throughout Arizona. Benny allows clients to appreciate and enjoy the hunt from a refreshing respect for the outdoors. If you're not having a good time hunting with Ben then you probably just missed an easy shot...
AUSTIN CARMEN
Austin is a well respected guide throughout Arizona. He goes the extra mile for every hunter he guides ...He is a dedicated family man and ultra-runner...He has ran the Grand Canyon 50-mile "rim-rim-rim" multiple times (before it was cool). He is a skilled bowhunter as he hunts primarily using a homemade Traditional Longbow in which he has harvested a Pope and Young class Rocky Mountain Elk.
DIEGO SOTO
Diego has a rich hunting tradition in his family...he brings that family hunting culture around the campfire to share with everyone. Along with growing up hunting in AZ, Diego played collegiate and professional baseball...which helps bring some healthy competition into hunting camp. He is an avid hunter that has personally harvested big game all throughout out the West and Midwest. Despite his heritage, Diego was taught the proper way to roll breakfast burritos in ATO hunting camp.
RYAN HALLOWAY
Ryan is a highly accomplished bowhunter and 3-D archer. He understands what it takes to be successful with a bow on every platform. Ryan is a savvy hunter and when he is not in class at Northern Arizona University getting his Bachelors degree in Forestry, he spends every waking minute in the woods scouting, and shed hunting. Ryan must maintain a a 3.50 GPA (equivalent to a 350" bull elk) in order to guide for ATO, and report cards are checked quarterly.
Chris Carmen
Chris is a U.S. Army Veteran, lifelong horseman and big game hunter. He enjoys pushing the physical limits (much like his son Austin) and has logged in some marathon distance runs and epic mountain bike expeditions in his spare time. Chris dedicates himself to every client and is devoted to giving every hunter the best possible hunt experience.
